Finding something for you
Where should I begin?
Begin with what you need now: preparing for birth, finding space within motherhood, understanding your body, exploring a next chapter or simply taking time to rest. Each collection stands on its own; you do not need to follow a set journey or buy several services.
Explore the collectionsCan I book through the website?
Online booking and enquiry delivery are not connected to this preview yet. Contact lets you prepare and download an enquiry, but does not send it or reserve a place. Services marked Coming soon are not yet open for booking.
Where do in-person experiences take place?
Location, access information and any practical arrangements will be shared with each experience before booking. Online services can be joined from home; the relevant joining details will be provided for your chosen service.
Can I come on my own or join quietly?
Absolutely. You do not need to know anyone or share personal experiences to belong. You can listen, reflect privately and choose how much to take part.
What if I have an access need or a question about suitability?
Please get in touch before booking so we can discuss what would help. Age suitability, attendance with children and any activity-specific requirements are explained for each experience.

What are the hypnobirthing options and prices?
Online Group Hypnobirthing is £190 for four live sessions; In-Person Group Hypnobirthing is £290 for four sessions. Group sessions last 2–2½ hours. Private Hypnobirthing is £450 for four private two-hour sessions in person. Prices cover the complete course, with your birth companion welcome.
Compare birth supportWhat is included in hypnobirthing?
Alongside the live sessions, you receive recorded teaching, a workbook, relaxation recordings, practical tools and a starter welcome pack. There is time for questions and guided relaxation, plus between-session follow-up and home-practice support. Online course and recording access is lifelong. Private clients may also reserve a place on one online group course, within capacity.
Can I split hypnobirthing payments?
Yes. Pay in full or in two equal payments: £95 for the online group course, £145 for the in-person group course or £225 for private hypnobirthing. The second payment is due after session two and before session three. These arrangements apply to hypnobirthing, not automatically to other services.
How does pregnancy relaxation work?
Pregnancy relaxation is a separate women-only, 90-minute experience; you do not need to book hypnobirthing to attend. Online sessions are £8 each or £28 for four. In-person sessions are £15 each or £54 for four. Four-session passes last six weeks and you reserve your dates. Single sessions and passes are paid in full before attendance.
Motherhood & Postpartum
How is The Mother Within different from Little Connections?
The Mother Within focuses on you within motherhood: a six-week guided group for mothers with children aged 0–5, with approximately 75-minute sessions. It is £290 in person · £150 live online. Little Connections centres on shared mum-and-baby experiences: six weekly 60-minute sessions for £90 in person · £50 live online per mum-and-baby place.
Explore motherhood experiencesWhat is included in Little Connections, and how big are the groups?
The standard six-week block offers a rotating mix of baby-led connection and wellbeing experiences. Activities depend on the published timetable and format; walks are in person only. A minimum of six paid places is needed to run, with up to ten mums and their babies, subject to activity and venue. Specialist-led sessions, including baby massage, and materials-heavy specials are priced separately rather than automatically included.
Can I bring my baby?
Babies are welcome at The Mother Within, Little Connections and The Fourth Trimester Circle. Feeding, changing and comforting are part of being there. Motherhood Unfiltered may be baby-friendly or adult-only depending on the theme; check the event details. Older-child arrangements and baby age suitability will be explained for the relevant experience.
Is Motherhood Unfiltered a course or a workshop?
It is a standalone, three-to-four-hour in-person workshop at £60 per person. Each date explores one theme, such as The Invisible Load or The Guilt We Carry. Guided reflection, practical activities, take-home reflection sheets, refreshments and breaks are included. Six paid places are needed to run, with a maximum of ten women. Sharing is always optional.
What happens at The Fourth Trimester Circle, and who attends free?
It is an informal, self-led gathering for a cuppa and company, with babies welcome. There is no formal facilitator, agenda, required introduction or group-sharing exercise. Attendance is £3 per gathering, or free while you are enrolled on any Woman Within package. You do not need to purchase a package to attend. Dates, gathering length and venue will be shared with each listing.
Hormonal & Women’s Health
Do I have to buy all three In Her Rhythm pathways?
No. Understanding Your Cycle, Understanding Your Fertility and Living With Your Cycle are separate purchases, each focused on a different need. Age-appropriate teenage cycle content is offered separately. Self-paced learning and standalone workshops let you choose how you take part; prices remain to be confirmed.
Do I need a diagnosis for Heard & Held?
No. Heard & Held is for women with endometriosis, suspected endometriosis, adenomyosis, chronic pelvic pain or difficult menstrual symptoms. It offers personalised, non-clinical wellbeing support around daily life, pacing, rest and self-advocacy. Individual appointments and optional discounted follow-up blocks are planned; prices and session lengths are not yet confirmed.
Which offers are self-paced, and which are personal support?
In Her Rhythm, The Hormonal Health Within and The Menopause Within include self-paced online learning and workshop options. Heard & Held is the private 1:1 offer; general 1:1 hormonal coaching is not part of The Hormonal Health Within. Growing Within focuses on puberty and first periods, with age-appropriate online, small-group and private educational formats planned.
Do these services replace healthcare or therapy?
No. They support understanding, everyday wellbeing and your confidence in asking questions. They do not provide diagnosis, symptom treatment, medical-test interpretation or prescribing, and do not replace medical care, counselling or psychological treatment. We make no promises of conception or symptom improvement.

What does “Price to be confirmed” mean?
It means a fee has not been agreed yet. Confirmed prices are shown on the relevant service pages; a displayed price does not mean a Coming soon service is open for booking. You will be able to review the full inclusions and price before choosing a place.
