PERSONAL GROWTH
Becoming Her
A creative, supportive day to reconnect with yourself and make room for what comes next.

Time to reconnect. Room to grow.
Becoming Her is an in-person personal growth workshop bringing together reflection, creativity and practical planning in a welcoming, intimate setting.
Perhaps you are approaching a new chapter, have lost touch with what matters to you or simply want to make space for your own hopes. You do not need a big goal or a clear picture of the future to begin.
What your day includes
In-person interactive workshop · Approximately 4–5 hours · Up to ten women
- Guided reflection on where you are now and who you want to become
- A creative vision-board activity
- A personal workbook and reflective exercises
- A practical, individual action plan
- A letter to your future self
- Nutritious lunch and opportunities for meaningful connection
More than a vision board.
There is time to look at where you are now, recognise your strengths and explore the life you want to create. Your vision board gives those ideas a creative expression; your individual action plan helps you turn them into achievable next steps.
The workbook gives you space for your own reflections, while a letter to your future self offers a personal reminder of what you want to carry forward. Lunch makes room to pause and connect with the other women sharing the day.
Encouragement, not another expectation.
The intention is for you to leave feeling more connected to yourself, with encouragement and something practical to take away—not pressure to change everything at once.
Reflection can remain private. You can choose how much to share, and you do not need creative experience to enjoy the vision-board activity.
