What you receive
Four private sessions · Two hours each · Eight teaching hours in total
- Four private two-hour sessions in person
- Complete hypnobirthing teaching, with your birth companion welcome
- Recorded teaching, a workbook, relaxation recordings and practical tools
- Lifetime access to the online course and recordings
- A starter welcome pack, gentle check-ins, guided relaxation and time for questions
- Between-session follow-up and support with home practice
- Optional access to one online group course; a place must be reserved within the group’s capacity
Price & payment
£450 price for the complete private course, including your birth companion. Pay in full or in two payments of £225. The second payment is due after your second private session and before your third. An introductory conversation comes before booking.
