MOTHERHOOD & POSTPARTUM
Motherhood Unfiltered
Real motherhood. Real conversations. No judgement. Standalone workshops on the emotional and practical realities of motherhood.

Real motherhood. Real conversations. No judgement.
Motherhood Unfiltered is a collection of standalone workshops making room for the emotional, personal and practical realities of motherhood. Each workshop explores one theme in depth, rather than trying to cover everything at once.
Come for honest reflection, useful ways forward and time with women who recognise some of what you are carrying. You can choose a subject that speaks to your current season, without committing to a longer programme.

Find a theme that speaks to you.
These are our workshop themes. Each date has its own focus and audience; booking one workshop does not include the whole collection.
The Motherhood Nobody Talks About
The unexpected feelings and everyday realities that can sit alongside loving your child.
The Invisible Load
The planning, remembering and responsibility that can feel hard to put into words.
The Woman Behind the Mum
Your own interests, needs and sense of self alongside the role of mother.
The Guilt We Carry
Expectations, comparison and making room for your needs without adding more pressure.
Learning to Trust Yourself
Confidence in your voice and choices amid the many opinions around you.
Relationships After Motherhood
Changing relationships, communication and connection as family life evolves.
Space to take part in your own way.
Expect a warm welcome, gentle exploration of the theme, time for optional conversation and practical reflection, with breaks along the way. Listening is welcome too—you will never be asked to share something you would rather keep private.
Some themes suit new mothers; others speak to motherhood at many stages. Whether babies are welcome or the workshop is adult-only will be clear on each event listing.
Your workshop price
£60 per person for one standalone in-person workshop. A minimum of six paid places is needed to run; groups have a maximum of ten women. Each date explores one theme, with the intended motherhood stage and baby-friendly or adult-only arrangements explained before booking.
Supportive reflection and wellbeing tools, not counselling or group therapy. Please ask about suitability or access needs before booking.
