Little Connections brings mums and babies together for gentle, shared experiences. Time to enjoy your little one, meet other women and make space for your own wellbeing too.
There is no expectation for your baby to reach a milestone or join in a particular way. We follow their pace, making room for curiosity, cuddles and quieter moments.
What you receive
Six weekly sessions · 60 minutes each · In person or live online

A different moment together.
Each block has its own timetable. Depending on the format, experiences may include gentle sensory exploration, stories and songs, shared relaxation, simple creative activities or meaningful keepsakes.
In-person timetables may also include a mindful walk or nature-based experience. Online sessions are adapted for you and your baby to enjoy together at home; outdoor activities are in person only.
The activities, suitable baby age range and anything you need to bring or have ready at home will be explained with each block before booking.
A welcoming, baby-led space.
Feeding, changing, comforting and taking a break are all part of being here. You can join in, listen or simply enjoy being close to your baby, without comparison or pressure.
Groups have a maximum of ten mums with their babies, with smaller limits where an activity or venue requires it. A minimum of six paid places is needed for a block to run.
Your six-week price
£90 in person or £50 live online per mum-and-baby place for the complete six-week standard block. Groups need at least six paid places to run and have a maximum of ten mums with their babies, subject to the venue and activity. Specialist-led sessions and materials-heavy specials are priced separately; they are not automatically included in the standard block.
Something a little different.
Selected specialist experiences, such as baby massage led by an appropriately qualified practitioner, and materials-heavy keepsake or seasonal specials will have their own price and booking details. You will always know what is included before choosing a place.
