What you receive
Four live sessions · 2–2½ hours each · 8–10 teaching hours in total
- Four in-person sessions of 2–2½ hours each
- A fixed group of up to eight women, with birth companions welcome
- Recorded teaching, a workbook, relaxation recordings and practical tools
- Lifetime access to the online course and recordings
- A starter welcome pack, gentle check-ins, guided relaxation and time for questions
- Between-session follow-up and support with home practice
Price & payment
£290 for the complete course, including your birth companion. Pay in full or in two payments of £145. The second payment is due after session two and before session three.
