HORMONAL & WOMEN’S HEALTH
Heard & Held
Space to be listened to, feel supported and find practical ways forward when symptoms affect your life.

Who it’s for
Women living with endometriosis, suspected endometriosis, adenomyosis, chronic pelvic pain or difficult menstrual symptoms. A confirmed diagnosis is not needed.
A little more understanding. Space for you.
Your experience matters, even when answers have been slow to come. Heard & Held makes room for the impact symptoms have on your everyday life, with personalised, non-clinical wellbeing support shaped around what you need.
What to expect
- An individual appointment focused on your experience and priorities
- Space to reflect on the effects of symptoms on everyday life
- Practical exploration of pacing, rest and manageable wellbeing habits
- Support with self-advocacy and preparing questions for healthcare appointments
- Reliable resources and signposting where appropriate
- Optional discounted blocks of follow-up appointments
Find your way to take part.
Begin with an individual appointment; there is no requirement to buy a package. Follow-up appointments can be chosen individually or in a discounted block. Session lengths and block sizes will be confirmed alongside pricing. An optional peer-support circle is also being explored, separately from the 1:1 offer.
Support with a clear purpose.
Non-clinical wellbeing support, not counselling, medical diagnosis, symptom treatment, test interpretation or specialist clinical advice. It works alongside appropriate healthcare, not in place of it.
